Webster OKs project that will bring 'extreme value' supermarket to town

Grocery Outlet Bargain Market received approval to open a new store in Webster Plaza, 980 Ridge Road. The store, known for offering discounted groceries, will occupy a vacant space next to Savers thrift store. The company plans to remodel the interior and make minor changes to the exterior.
