US home sales see first annual gain in over 3 years

Existing home sales in the U.S. showed their first annual gain in over three years last month. The National Association of Realtors reported a 3.4% increase in October sales compared to September. The housing market seems to be recovering with increasing inventory, leading to more transactions.
