The UK MHRA has authorized Lupin Healthcare and Zentiva Pharma's generic raltegravir for HIV treatment in adults and children. The medication inhibits HIV replication, with bioequivalence to the branded drug Isentress assured through studies. Monitoring for safety and efficacy will continue.
