UK cheeses miss out on international prize after getting stuck in customs

British cheeses were absent from the World Cheese Awards in Portugal due to import control issues post-Brexit. Customs clearance problems prevented 252 cheeses from 67 UK makers from competing, highlighting challenges in exporting cheese since leaving the EU.
