Two New York State patrol cars hit by drunk driver while troopers...

Two New York State Police troopers were hit by a drunk driver while investigating another drunk driving incident. The troopers were on the Southern State Parkway when their patrol cars were struck. Both drivers involved were found to be driving under the influence.
