Three-time Cy Young winner Clayton Kershaw declines $10 million option, becomes free agent

Clayton Kershaw declined his $10 million option with the Dodgers to become a free agent. The team exercised options for Miguel Rojas and Austin Barnes, while offering a qualifying deal to Teoscar Hernández. Hernández has until Nov. 19 to accept the offer.
