The Vessel, a landmark in Manhattan, reopened with enhanced safety features after closing due to suicides. Mesh barriers were installed to prevent further incidents. Visitors can now explore the lower levels with limited access to higher floors. Admission is $10, free for NYC residents on Thursdays.
