Texas influencer under investigation over confiscated spider monkey's care

Irving police are investigating the malnourishment of a spider monkey owned by an influencer involved in a drunk driving crash. The monkey was taken to a sanctuary due to laws prohibiting wild animal ownership. The investigation will determine if charges related to animal cruelty are warranted.
