Teva pays $450 million to settle kickback scheme charges

Teva Pharmaceuticals has agreed to pay $450 million to resolve claims of violating the Anti-Kickback Statute. The company engaged in schemes to manipulate drug prices, including paying copays for its multiple sclerosis drug and fixing prices for other generic drugs.
