MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Mexican distiller Becle, the world's largest tequila producer, on Thursday posted 1.96 billion pesos in net profit for the fourth quarter, up 41% from a year earlier.
The Mexico City-based firm, which sells Jose Cuervo family tequilas as well as mezcal, whiskey and other liquors, reported revenues down 5% over the last three months of 2023, landing at 13.16 billion pesos.
