Teen suspect arrested with "prolific auto burglar" following multiple thefts in San Francisco, police chase to Oakland

San Francisco police arrested a teenage suspect and known auto burglar following a police chase into Oakland after multiple auto burglaries at tourist spots. The suspects were apprehended with stolen property and firearms. Chief Scott commended the officers for their dedication in reducing auto burglaries.
