A teenager in Brooklyn is suing Citi Bike for $15 million after allegedly breaking her teeth and jaw when the bike's brakes failed, causing her to crash into a railing. The family claims negligence on behalf of Citi Bike and Lyft Bikes and Scooters LLC.
