Teen arrested after allegedly hitting pedestrian with stolen car while fleeing from Baltimore police

A 15-year-old boy was arrested in Baltimore for hitting a pedestrian with a carjacked vehicle while fleeing police. The teen was tracked by a police helicopter and apprehended after the incident, with the pedestrian in critical but stable condition.
