Members of the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference voted to reauthorize strikes at CPKC and CN, with overwhelming support. The unions aim to protect working conditions and rail safety amidst stalled negotiations with the railroads. The Canada Industrial Relations Board is still reviewing a request regarding potential work stoppages.
