Taco Bell will add voice AI ordering to hundreds of drive-thrus this year

Taco Bell is expanding AI voice recognition in drive-thrus to improve operations and customer satisfaction. The parent company plans to implement voice-powered AI in hundreds more locations in the US. While beneficial, there are concerns about potential job loss and technology imperfections.
