Sports Betting Giant Flutter Acquires Playtech's Italian Unit For $2.6 Billion

Flutter Entertainment has acquired Snaitech from Playtech for €2.3 billion, nearly matching Playtech's market value. Playtech plans to distribute up to €1.8 billion to shareholders. The deal will boost Flutter's earnings and give it a 30% market share in Italy.
