South Bay water officials reach deal to greatly expand San Luis Reservoir capacity

After recent rainfall in the Bay Area, water managers in the South Bay are expanding the San Luis Reservoir to combat future droughts. An agreement will raise the dam 10 feet, adding 130,000 acre-feet of water storage, benefiting 260,000 households per year.
