Sony filed a lawsuit against CBS, accusing them of self-dealing and not maximizing revenue from syndicating "Wheel of Fortune" and "Jeopardy!" The suit alleges CBS of unauthorized deals and preferencing their own shows, causing financial harm to Sony.
