Sony in talks to buy media powerhouse behind 'Elden Ring,' Reuters reports

Sony is in talks to acquire Kadokawa, known for "Elden Ring" game. The deal is pending and may be finalized soon. Sony currently has a 2% stake in Kadokawa and its subsidiary FromSoftware, the developer of "Elden Ring".
