Shooting closes northbound 5 Freeway near East Los Angeles

A shooting incident on the northbound 5 Freeway in East Los Angeles led to its closure by the California Highway Patrol. Los Angeles Fire Department crews responded to a reported car crash, discovering two individuals, one dead and the other hospitalized with unknown injuries.
