Senior dog found on floating shopping cart gets a forever home: See the canal rescue

A senior Chihuahua mix named Dorothea was found clinging to a partially submerged shopping cart in an Arizona canal before being rescued by the Arizona Humane Society. After receiving medical care and dental treatment, Dorothea found a loving forever home.
