Self-proclaimed 'serial entrepreneur' in Colorado indicted for fraudulently obtaining $5M in COVID relief funds

A Castle Rock couple, previously relieved of $4.6 million in debt, now face charges for illegally obtaining over $5 million in government aid for businesses declared bankrupt. The couple surrendered their real estate license in 2019 and are set to stand trial in September.
