Schroders has revamped its Group Executive Committee under new CEO Richard Oldfield, reducing headcount and appointing internal executives to drive growth. The strategic move aims to boost performance after a challenging period, with Ed Houghton joining as Group Head of Strategy and Investor Engagement in January 2025.
