Ramsey County holds first "red flag" law training sessions

Ramsey County in Minnesota is implementing the state's Extreme Risk Protection Order law, or "red flag" law, to prevent harm and save lives by temporarily removing guns from individuals in crisis. Training sessions and partnerships aim to educate on effective use of the law.
