Residents of Chicago attended debate watch parties during the 2024 election. Supporters of Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris gathered at IBEW Local 134, while fans of Republican former President Donald Trump met at the Billy Goat Tavern. Businesses saw increased traffic due to the event.
