Gas shortages are reported in Florida, with 63% of gas stations in Tampa without gasoline. De Haan from GasBuddy predicts it may take weeks to restore fuel supply due to complications from the storm affecting ports. Despite price fluctuations, gas prices are stabilizing in the U.S.
