Police say a Hawaii woman who disappeared went to Mexico and is not considered missing

A Hawaii woman, Hannah Kobayashi, reported missing in Los Angeles, was found crossing into Mexico voluntarily with her luggage. Police confirmed she is not a victim of foul play or trafficking. Her father was found dead by suicide during the search.
