Police officer who tasered Clare Nowland tells court his job was to 'maintain the peace'

Police officer, Sen Const Kristian James Samuel White, tasered a 95-year-old woman in a nursing home after she wielded a knife. The woman, Clare Nowland, died a week later. White claimed he used force as she posed a threat to all present.
