Police fatally shoot man, then find dead child in his car on Piscataqua River Bridge

Police found the body of an 8-year-old child in a car driven by a man shot dead by officers on the Piscataqua River Bridge, connecting New Hampshire and Maine. The man was wanted for a woman's murder in New Hampshire. The incident briefly closed Interstate 95 before reopening.
