Planet Fitness enters 11th hour bid for bankrupt Blink Fitness

Planet Fitness is looking to acquire bankrupt fitness chain Blink Holdings, competing with U.K.-based PureGym. Blink Fitness filed for bankruptcy in August, with PureGym winning the auction. Planet Fitness submitted two bids for Blink, facing antitrust concerns. The Delaware bankruptcy court will review the bids.
