Philippines says it will cooperate if ICC seeks Duterte's custody over drug killings

The Philippine government will cooperate with the International Criminal Court in investigating former President Duterte's drug crackdown, linked to thousands of deaths. Duterte expressed mixed feelings about facing the ICC but said he would not resist if the ICC sought his custody.
