Petrobras Outlines $111 Billion, Five-Year Spending Proposal

Petrobras plans to increase spending on oil drilling and projects by 9% to $111 billion in the next five years. Most of the investment will focus on exploration and production, with a target of 3.2 million barrels of output per day by 2029.
