Pennsylvania man sentenced for abusive sexual contact of a minor on flight from San Diego to Philadelphia

Edward Decker of West Chester, Pennsylvania was sentenced for abusive sexual contact with a minor on a flight. He touched a sleeping girl inappropriately on an American Airlines flight. US Attorney Romero condemned the act and FBI thanked partners for their support in the investigation.
