Occidental Planning to Sell Bonds in Up to Five Parts

Occidental Petroleum plans to issue bonds to fund its acquisition of CrownRock LP, with a potential offering of up to five parts. The sale is not contingent on the acquisition's completion, but if not finalized by 2025, Occidental will buy back notes at 101 cents on the dollar.
