NYC driver nabbed for vicious hit-and-run crash that catapulted...

A 24-year-old driver was arrested for a hit-and-run crash that killed a grandfather in Brooklyn. Surveillance footage showed the driver's white SUV hitting the man, who later died. The driver turned himself in and faces charges for the incident.
