Nvidia replaces Intel on the Dow index in AI-driven shift for semiconductor industry

Nvidia replaces Intel on the Dow Jones Industrial Average, while Sherwin-Williams replaces Dow Inc. to ensure a better representation of the semiconductor and materials sectors. Vistra will replace AES Corp. on the Dow Jones Utility Average. Changes will be effective on Nov. 7.
