A man has been charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of 18-year-old Dieago Downey in North Preston, Nova Scotia. The RCMP identified a second victim and arrested the suspect, Daniel Romeo Downey. The investigation is ongoing, and witnesses are urged to come forward.
