No charges filed against Wayne police in fatal shooting of John Zook Jr., prosecutors say

The Wayne County Prosecutor's Office determined that Wayne police officers acted in self-defense when fatally shooting John Zook Jr., who was armed with a knife and had a history of mental health issues. The officers used Tasers before resorting to lethal force, as Zook posed an imminent threat.
