New York man shot outside Biden Welcome Center in Newark, Delaware

A man from New York was shot and robbed at the Biden Welcome Center in Delaware. State police are investigating the incident and seeking information on the suspect(s). The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Contact Detective R. Strecker with any information.
