Nationwide recall of anxiety drug over life-threatening packaging error

Clonazepam, a drug used for anxiety and seizures, is being recalled due to a labeling error that could lead to dangerous side effects. Endo Inc. is voluntarily recalling 16 lots of the drug to prevent potential harm to patients.
