NASCAR reaches agreement with 23XI and Front Row to compete as 'open' teams as lawsuit continues

Two NASCAR teams, 23XI and Front Row Motorsports, have agreed to compete in 2025 while their antitrust lawsuit against NASCAR continues. The teams refused revenue sharing offers and will operate as "open" teams instead of chartered teams.
