Napoli and Chelsea continue talks over Lukaku transfer, Osimhen loan

Napoli is negotiating with Chelsea to sign Romelu Lukaku, with Victor Osimhen possibly moving in the opposite direction. Lukaku could reunite with coach Antonio Conte. The talks involve a permanent deal for Lukaku and a loan with an option to buy for Osimhen.
