Minister confirms talks under way to return surviving Bali Nine members to Australia

Negotiations are taking place to transfer Bali Nine members back to Australia to serve their sentences. The prisoners, arrested in 2005 for drug smuggling in Bali, will not be released but continue their sentences in Australia. Discussions involve a prisoner exchange with Indonesia.
