A military judge upheld plea deals sparing 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and two others from the death penalty, reversing Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin's decision. The ruling was made by Air Force Col. and Judge Matthew McCall in Guantanamo Bay.
