An E. coli outbreak linked to McDonald's Quarter Pounders caused one death and dozens of illnesses in Colorado and Nebraska. CDC and FDA are investigating the outbreak across 10 states. Symptoms of E. coli infection include severe stomach cramps, diarrhea, and vomiting.
