Maryland man charged with murder in deadly Harbor East shooting

A man has been charged in a fatal shooting in Baltimore's Harbor East. Antonio Peoples died after the incident near two restaurants. Quontay Spinks was arrested and charged with murder. Residents feel safe due to frequent police patrols despite the shooting's proximity to their workplace.
