Man wanted, suspect arrested in connection with Philadelphia car meetups in September, police say

Philadelphia police arrested another suspect and are seeking Samuel Merrill Hoffman for organizing illegal car meetups in the city. Police found influencers making money by sharing meetup lists on social media. So far, 10 arrests have been made and 32 vehicles confiscated in the ongoing investigation.
