Man found dead outside Riverside County jail nearly an hour after getting released

A man, Lawrence Orso, was found dead an hour after his release from jail in Riverside County. He was pronounced deceased outside the Cois Byrd Detention Center, where he had been arrested for driving under the influence. The investigation is ongoing.
