Man dies in police custody after crashing into fence of Long Beach home

A man died in police custody in Long Beach after crashing into a fence. Officers responded to the scene and found the man in handcuffs. Paramedics assisted him but he later died in the hospital. The incident is being investigated as an in-custody death with no use of force reported.
