Man charged with murder after body found on dirt road in SW Miami-Dade

Roiniel Perez was arrested for the second-degree murder of Oscar Hernandez Augustin in Miami. Augustin's body was found burned and stabbed near a canal. Perez was caught driving the victim's car and fleeing from police. The motive behind the murder remains unknown.
